The agency has two offices in Avoriaz, one dedicated to purchase/sale (in the center of the resort) and the other one to the rental service (Falaise).
The office dedicated to the holiday rental is voluntarily located in the district ‘Falaise’ close to the main entrance of Avoriaz. We deals with bookings, follow-up of files, clients welcoming, planning of cleaning, technical intervention, update of the website, webmaster relation. On a more general matter, everything related to rental management.
The agency also provides technical staff intervening on the tenant’s demand for example: light bulb, fuse, various leaks, dishwasher, sink – basin – toilets blocked, occasional cleaning of mattress protectors and blankets during the season, program channels on TV, slats broken etc… The cleaning service is provided by a contractor, regular partner of the agency for several years.
A contract outlines the rental management between the ‘Mandant’ (owner of the apartment) and the ‘Mandataire’ (partner in charge of marketing the apartment and management of renting on site)
In this contract are identified the apartment and its classification. This document also indicates the organization of the renting: inventory, cleaning, key delivery, owner’s occupation, fee of the agency, articulation of the public price.
